Covid 19 requirements
In order for us to Open and operate safely we have to follow the below guidline set by Government:
Due to the recent coronavirus pandemic our salon will look a little different.
Safety precautions for the health & comfort of our clients and staff have been put in following government guidelines .
Our priority is everybody's health and safety while you are visiting the salon. We invite you to respect the following guidelines to ensure the salon is as safe and comfortable as it possibly can be when you visit.
Guideline have been enforced upon us so please understand that these precautions may change with the governments advice:
*Reschedule your appointment if you are feeling under the weather, showing any of the COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been in contact with anybody with COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks.
*Clients Must wear a mask on entering the salon.
*Hand sanitiser will be provided at reception and throughout the salon. We will ask all clients to hand sanitise/wash hands on arrival to the salon.
*Please Come to your appointment alone, all children, friends and family will not be allowed into the salon.
*We cannot accept walk-in clients at the moment. Appointment ONLY.
*Please ensure you are on time for your appointment. We also cannot accommodate clients arriving early, as we will not have a waiting area. This is to minimise the amount of people in the salon and allow for social distancing.
*Refreshments will temporarily be unavailable. But you are welcome to bring your own.
*Please do not bring unnecessary items, such as shopping bags. We are asking clients to minimise what you bring with you
*Consultation and Covid-19 health check questionnaire. You will be asked to complete an up to date consultation form which will also ask questions about your current health and contact with Covid-19. All questions on the form MUST be answered prior to you appointment.
*Please practice social distancing whilst in the salon where possible.

*We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and services.
*We will adhere to social distancing guidelines where we can between treatments
*Every surface will be cleaned regularly, and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment.
*All items of equipment will be disinfected/ sterilised before and after every service.
*Towels will be single use, and Laundered according to government guidelines.
*We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.
*All team members are trained to observe the current health and safety requirments
*We have agreed social distancing for our team members in communal areas.
*Staff have been briefed to not attend the salon if the have a temperature, or are feeling unwell of if anybody in their household is feeling unwell or self-isolating
Our therapists will be wearing face visors and will be washing hands and sterilising equipment.
Clients are not required to wear any facial covering if the therapist is wearing a visor but they are more than welcome to wear one if they feel more comfortable.
A risk assessment has been carried out with all treatments. To reduce the risk of transmission for ‘high risk, close contact treatments’ a visor will be worn throughout every treatment and appropriate additional PPE by the therapist depending on the treatment being provided.
