  1. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made directly with us by contacting us on 01442 733469.

  • If your course fee is over £200.00 we will require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking. If your course fee is £199 or below we will require a 100% booking fee at the time of booking (ie full cost of course)

  • All our course fees are non-refundable.

  • Ohana training Company shall not be responsible for any travel costs.

  • Once Ohana Training Company has processed your booking deposit/full payment you will receive a confirmation email. Your place on a course is only guaranteed when your full payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please contact us by email. 

  • Deposit payments will only hold your booking until payment is required 28 days prior to the course booked. 

  • Bookings for courses within 28 days: If you are booking a course within 28 days of the course full payment will be required to confirm your booking.

  1. Payments & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments can be made via BACs or cash and a receipt of your payment sent to you. Payment details will be provided with course details.

  • Course fees include tuition fees, training materials/products used during courses, manuals and handouts and light refreshments (tea/coffee).

  • An additional charge will be required if you choose to receive a treatment on the day of your course.

  • In the event of a learner withdrawing from a course before attending, withdrawing midway through the course, or failing to attend the course, no refund will be made, or transfer offered.

  • If you attend the course under the influence of alcohol/drugs/toxic substance that deem you unsafe and/or unfit to carry out any training, whether this is by actions or behaviour that do not fit the standards of the training staff or beauty therapy etiquette, you will be turned away from the course and the cost of your course will not be refundable.

  1. Warranty

  • Ohana Training Company warrants that the services provided under these terms will be provided with reasonable skill and care.

  • The learner warrants to Ohana Training Company that:

  • A) They are legally capable of entering binding contracts and have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these booking terms.

  • B) The information they provide in or in connection with the booking request is accurate and complete.

  • C) The learner will be able to attend the Ohana Training Company course at the time and in the place advertised.

  • D) The learner meets the pre-requisites and qualification criteria (if necessary) for attending the course as specified in pre-requisites on the Ohana Training Company web page (

  1. Generalised Policies

  • The learner will ensure that they complete all scheduled course content for which they are booked. Course content is designed to meet the criteria set out by the relevant awarding bodies. Failure to attend all the guided learning hours could result in the learner not gaining the relevant qualification.

  • Ohana Training Company cannot guarantee that learners will successfully graduate from any course undertaken. If during any test, examination, or competency demonstration, the learner does not meet the standards required by the governing body applicable to that skill, then Ohana Training Company will not be held responsible.

  • The final decision on any assessment will be made by Ohana Training Company.

  • Ohana Training Company reserves the right to decide on the number of learners present on a course at any time.

  • Ohana training company reserves the right to refuse enrolment onto any course or refuse education to a learner booked on a course. This right can be used at any time during the course.

  • All course materials are copyright to Ohana Training Company and must not be copied without the written permission of Ohana Training Company.

  • Courses and course literature will be delivered in English.

  1. Insurance

  • It is the learner’s responsibility to check if insurance is a requirement for their selected course. 

  • Learners must check that they can obtain insurance through their chosen provider prior to booking and have the required insurance in place prior to the commencement of the course.

  • We do not offer refunds after the course booking if insurance cannot be obtained by the learner.


  1. Deposit & Payment

  • Learners will be required to pay a deposit with the balance being payable 28 days prior to the course commencing.

  • Once a booking fee has been confirmed, course fees are non-refundable.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred towards another course – they can only be used as payment for the course on which the learner enrolled.

  • For courses priced at £200.00 or over, the booking fee is 50% of the full course price.

  • For courses £199 or under, a full payment of course cost is required.

  • Payment (or remaining payment cost) for courses over £200 will be collected 28 days before the date of the course. If payment is not made upon the 28th day before the course date the attending learner will be removed from the course register and deposit will be non refundable. 

  • If you have ordered a kit via the training company: the kit cost will be required 4 weeks before the training date and this will be paid in full when ordered by the learner. There is no refund available for any kits purchased. If the kit is not collected on the date of training or If the learner does not attend the course but still requires the kit , full tracked postage and packaging cost will be required and paid by the learner before the kit is posted and Ohana Training Company will not be held responsible for any damage made to kit during transit. You will also not be insured to use the items in a beauty therapist capacity if you are not qualified.

  • Kits ordered will be paid for upon ordering and will contain what is necessary to carry out the treatment.
