Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Patch test?

Yes if you are having any of the following treatments for the first time:

  • Any tinting

  • Semi permanent tattooing

  • Henna Brows

  • Lash Lift

  • Lash Extensions

If you have very sensitive skin you may request a patch test for any product we will use.

Appointment times?

 We require all customers to be prompt with their appointments.

If you are late for your appointment we will always attempt to provide you with the full treatment but we will not be extending your appointment time and full treatment cost will be charged even if not provided.

New customers will be required to complete a consultation form so please arrive 5 minutes sooner if this has not been sent electronically

Payment card details will be securely entered onto our booking system when you book your appointment. 

If you fail to show to your appointment or you cancel without 48hr notice you will be charge 50% of you appointment cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We except card, contactless, cash & vouchers.

Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date.

Where can I Park?

There is free parking outside the salon but if this is full there is free parking opposite at Sainsburys, Dunelm & Wicks for up to 3 hrs (though please check the parking signs in case these change)
